Congress senior MLA T Jeevan Reddy has alleged that the TRS leaders were branding the leaders, whoever speaks against the failures of the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, as betrayers of Telangana.
Speaking to the media here on Monday, Jeevan Reddy lashed out at the Chief Minister and asked in a serious tone to tell whether Telangana Political JAC chairman Prof. M Kodandaram and Telangana United Front (TUF) leader Vimalakka, who fought for the sake of separate Telangana state in a democratic manner during the movement, were Telangana betrayers? He alleged that the Ministers Talasani Srinivas Yadav and Thummala Nageshwara Rao, who never fought for the separate Telangana state, were standing by the side of the Chief Minister KCR now.
The state recorded development only in liquor sales and not in any sector in the last two and half years rule. KCR, who describes himself as a leader of the movement, fell in self defense these days, and hence the Chief Minister constructed a bathroom with bullet proof, he ridiculed. He warned KCR that the people would not keep quiet anymore if the latter tries to rule the state in a dynastic manner by suppressing the democratic voices. (NSS)
