Hyderabad, October 30: Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Saturday directed the officials to set up a special counter to help the unemployed youth to register their names under Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu. He issued the directions after nearly 150 unemployed MBA and BTech students contacted him seeking jobs at his camp office.
Kiran Kumar Reddy said that the government launched Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu to enhance skills of unemployed youth by providing training and help them to secure jobs.
He reiterated that the government would provide 15 lakh jobs to unemployed youth by 2014.
In order to achieve this target, the Chief Minister stressed the importance of public-private partnership and updation of curriculum as per the needs of the industries. He said the government would prepare data base with the help of National Informational Technology Mission and conduct training camps to enhance the skills of unemployed candidates. He said that notification for recruitment of 1,16,000 posts in 28 departments would be issued by December.
Meanwhile, the CM Camp Office officials said that they would open special counter for registering unemployed candidate names from Monday at the Camp office. They said the counter would be opened from 9 am to 11 am and candidates can register their names by submitting updated biodata along with a copy of ration card. The candidates’ age should not be more than 35, they said and added even 10th fail candidates can register their names.
Meanwhile, 700 candidates registered their names at CM camp office so far and in online 40,183 registered their names for RYK. For registering online candidates can visit http://ryk.cgg.gov.in.
