In order to clear extra rush of passengers on eve of Sankranthi festival, the SCR will run six special trains betweenSecunderabad and Kakinad, and two trains between Kacheguda and Kakinada Town.
As per the schedule, the Train No. 07425 Kacheguda – Kakinada Town Sankranti special train will depart Kacheguda at 10:45 pm on January 13 and arrive at Kakinada Town at 9:45 am on the next day. In the return direction, Train No. 07426 Kakinada Town – Kacheguda Sankranti special train will depart Kakinada Town at 06:30 pm on January 14 and arrive at Kacheguda at 05:25 am on the next day.
En route, these special trains will stop at Sitafalmandi, Malkajgiri, Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Vishnupuram, Nadikudi, Piduguralla, Sattenapalli, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Nidadavolu, Rajahmundry and Samalkot stations in both the directions.
