President State Urdu Teachers Association Telangana (SOTA) Mohammed Anwerul Baqi and General Secretary Mohammed Abdul Nayeem sent a written memorandum to Director SCERT stating that handbooks training, video conference, modules of 9th and 10th class have been supplied in Telugu language while Urdu medium teachers have been ignored.
Now that the Telangana state has been formed all training, modules, video conference and handbooks of new syllabus should be provided in Urdu language. A copy of the memorandum has also been sent to Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali, State Project Director Telangana and Principal Secretary Ahmed Nadeem Minority Welfare Department so that immediate measures are taken.
