Mumbai: Ranveer Singh’s quirky style sense has found a fan in newcomer Sooraj Pancholi, who says he admires the way the Ram Leela star carries himself. The 25-year-old actor, who is making his Bollywood debut with Salman Khan and Subhash Ghai’s co-production Hero, said he is learning the ropes of fashion and style.
“I am just learning. I have to take help of a stylist. I think you should feel comfortable in what you wear. In Bollywood I really like Ranveer Singh… I think he is very cool,” Sooraj said on the sidelines of the Lakme Fashion Week. The actor made his solo ramp debut in Masaba’s show and he looked confident in a black and white printed jacket with a two button tab closure, white shirt and dark trousers.

Masaba, whose designs are a hit with youngsters, said she always prefers to have young stars like Sooraj as the showstoppers while showcasing her collections. “My show-stoppers have always been fresh, young faces, except for Shilpa (Shetty), who has been around for so many years. Alia walked for me when she was just two films old. I like people who symbolise gen-next, that’s what Sooraj stands for. I am following his film like a hawk. I am obsessed with both Athiya (Shetty) and him,” Masaba said.
Sooraj and Athiya’s film Hero will release on September 11.
