Congress president Sonia Gandhi will be campaigning for son Rahul for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Gauriganj area on Saturday.
This will be her first campaign in the Amethi constituency for Rahul Gandhi.
The Congress party chief will arrive in Amethi today and will hold an election rally in Nandmahar area.
The Gandhi scion had filed his nomination from Amethi earlier this month accompanied by his mother, Priyanka Gandhi and Robert Vadra.
Rahul Gandhi has won elections twice from Amethi in 2004 and 2009 with huge majority.
Prior to Rahul Gandhi, Sonia represented the constituency but later vacated the seat for her son.
