Sonam Kapoor has been spotted flagging off Max Bupa’s ‘Walk for Health Initiative’, which encourages people to walk more, in Mumbai.
Speaking on the occasion, the 28-year-old actress expressed the importance of taking care of one’s own health.
“I am very health conscious and I believe in exercising a lot. This initiative is really an amazing and cool initiative. It’s a great cause because nothing is more important then health,” she said.
More than 16,000 people belonging to different age groups including celebrities, health enthusiasts, school children, participated in this walk. (AN)
