Soha Ali Khan possess gun with illegal license

Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan illegal rifle possession case dated back to 2005 when Mansur Ali Khan Patudi together with six others had gone for hunting expedition to shoot a blackbuck at Jhajjar (Haryana) in 2005.

Six people were sentenced to three years in jail by the Faridabad court.

However, the case still haunts the actress since the rifle used during the hunting spree was licensed in her name.

Founder chairman of People for Animals (PFA) Haryana Naresh Kadyan – whistle blower in the hunting case in a complaint sent to Haryana Chief Minister Khattar asked him to booked Soha since the rifle licensed was issued in her name.

“She was not eligible to hold a license of the weapon as she was only 18 and month old when it was issued to her. According to law, gun licensed are issued to those who was above 21 years. I will go back to court if no action was taked by the CM,” said kadyan.
