Job Description
The Position:
The Engineering Manager will provide technical leadership in the development of Pegasystems software technologies and products within an agile development environment. He or she will manage one or more scrum teams and will attract and retain talent.
In this role, you will:
Contribute to product feature planning
Ensure a high level of quality through adequate test coverage
Exhibit thought leadership within the organization, raising standards by example, contributing to directional discussion and debate, and working to grow and develop the capabilities of the whole team
Motivate, oversee, and grow the scrum teams as appropriate Pega Offers:

The Person will have:
Keen awareness and understanding of the business and the environments in which it must operate
Knowledge of pressures and culture inside international organizations; ability to identify potential organizational problems and opportunities
Ability to lead and develop a team; ability to influence other groups
Qualifications will include:
BA/BS Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
10+ years directly related work experience
Extensive experience building and delivering enterprise scale systems
Senior level understanding of state of the art technologies
