Hyderabad: Industries Minister Jupally Krishna Rao today stated that the government will set up skill development and training centers in three districts of Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy and Mahabubnagar to provide jobs and employment and supplement the growing economy of 29th state of India.
Krishna Rao held a review meeting on new industrial policy at Ranga Reddy district Collector’s office here on Wednesday. Later, speaking to reporters he said that as many as 3,600 acres of land is set aside for the industries in the district to promote industries, companies and entrepreneurs in a big way. These centers will sure prove handy as they hone the skills from youth to get suitable placements at companies, he remarked.
The government will support the women of self help groups to market their products to get better financial benefits, he promised. The minister said that the Telangana Government has introduced first of its kind industrial policy getting huge response from across the country. Noted industrialists, business honchos, companies were evincing keen interest to set up their shops and units and expand the existing ones, he maintained. ‘Our policy is the best in India, as it provides a single window clearance of all permissions in just 11 days avoiding red carpet and corruption’ he claimed.
The Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao himself is monitoring the chasing cell set up at CMO in Secretariat to see that no industrialist or businessman would go without licenses required for their respective businesses. He exuded confidence that the new establishments and existing ones will provide jobs and employment to the youth in the state. The government, he said, is committed to encourage the companies and industries with all facilities, he added.(NSS)
