A 1980 batch IAS officer of AGMU cadre, Srivastava was posted as additional secretary and financial adviser with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. He has also served as the Goa chief secretary and as the vice-chairman of Delhi Development Authority. This is the second major reshuffle of bureaucrats after the Aam Aadmi Party government assumed power. (ANI)
