Karimnagar, Dec 22: Six persons were killed and 14 others injured when a bus carrying them plunged into a gorge at Basanthnagar village in the wee hours today.
The incident occurred when the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) bus, which was on its way to Godavarikhani from Hyderabad, fell into a gorge from a narrow bridge, police said.
The dead included the driver of the bus.
The injured have been admitted to Singareni hospital at Godavarikhani.
