Karachi, Oct. 6 : Six criminals, including an alleged terrorist belonging to a banned outfit and a dacoit, have been arrested during raids conducted in various areas in Karachi by the Pakistan Rangers.
The Pakistan Rangers personnel conducted raids in Korangi, Bahadurabad, Gulshan-i-Iqbal and Liaquatabad Town areas of the metropolis, stated a press statement issued by the paramilitary force.
According to Dawn, weapons were recovered from the six men arrested by the Pakistan Rangers.
These targeted raids are among many ongoing Rangers-led targeted operations in the city.
Recently, Sindh Governor Dr. Ishratul Ibad Khan praised law enforcement and intelligence agencies for their performance in achieving peace in Karachi. (ANI)
