East Zone Task Force Team, Hyderabad, tracked and apprehended a gang of Six persons namely A1.Mohammed Imran (21), a fruit Vendor A2. Mohammed Zeeshan Ali (22) a B Tech Final year student both is residents of G.M. Chowni, Chatrinaka of Hyderabad A3. Mohd. Abdul Khader Ansari @ Parvez (24) an private employee A4. Mohammed Salman Khan (20) a B Com second year student both is resident of Rooplal Bazar, Shah Ali Banda of Hyderabad A5. Shaik Imran (21) a Footwear Businessman Resident of Jal Pally, Pahadi Shareef of Hyderabad A6. Shahbaz Khan (20) a student Resident of Lakkadkote, Mirchowk of Hyderabad involved in Robbery case of Sultan Bazar PS, Hyderabad and recovered net cash of Rs.26,70,000 (Rupees Twenty Six lakhs & Seventy Thousand only), One hand Knife, Two Motor bikes and Five Cell Phones from their possession.
Shaik Imran, Shahbaz Khan and Mohd. Imran are close friends. Shaik Imran is running a footwear business in the name and styled as M/s Grand Footwear shop at Chatta Bazar, while Shahbaz khan’s father runs a footwear shop styled as Dollar Foot wear shop in the same market. About 3 months back, Shaik Imran collected information about one Collection Agent Shyam Sunder who collects about 20 Lakhs to 30 Lakhs from various shops at Chatta Bazar market and hatched a plan to commit robbery of the collection amount from Shyam Sunder. Then Shaik Imran and Shahbaz Khan conducted racci on the movements of Shyam Sunder and informed Mohd Imran about their intentions. Mohd Imran agreed to their plan.
Then Mohd Imran along with his another friend Md.Zeeshan Ali hatched a plan to commit robbery, Zeeshan accepted his plan and in turn contacted his friends Abdul Khader Ansari and Salman Khan who also accepted to commit robbery. Before the date of offence, all the four came to Chatta Bazar and conducted racci on Shyam Sunder movements from Chatta Bazar Market to Gujrati Gally of Koti, on their motor bikes.
On August 23, 2014, the above accused procured one small hand knife and a mirchi powder and kept with them. The accused persons followed the victim’s vehicle from Chatta Bazar and after reaching near 94 Bus stop backside lane, the offenders on one of the motor cycle over took the victims two wheeler, stopped it, poured Mirchi powder in the eyes of the victims and attacked one of them with a hand knife causing severe bleeding injuries on his head. They snatched two bags from both the victims containing 30 Lakhs and sped away on their motor cycles. They all again assembled in .Zeeshan Ali’s house and distributed the amount amongst equally.
On credible information East Zone Task Force Team, Hyderabad apprehended four accused Imran, Zeeshan Ali, Abdul Khader Ansari and Salman Khan at Mohd Imran’s residence located at Limra Colony of Chatrinaka, Hyderabad and recovered net cash of Rs.26,70,000, one hand knife, Two Motor cycles and 03-Cell Phones from their possession. and lead by Mohd Imran another two accused persons namely Shaik Imran and Shahbaz Khan were apprehended at Chatta Bazar, who passed on the information to commit the offence and seized two cell phones from them.
The arrested accused persons are being handed over to Sultan Bazar police station, for taking further action against them.
