Six Accused persons held in murder case of Kareem Bin Salam (30), an auto driver from Cha cha Garage of Bhavaninagar.
On June 25 at 1330 hrs received a complaint from Sattar Bin Chawoos (22) an Footwear Businessman R/o Cha Cha Garage, Bhavani Nagar, at about 11:00 hrs, some road passers informed that his elder brother Kareem was killed by unknown persons by throwing granite stones and stabbing with knife, the dead body was laying near Bakhar Garage, beside Railway track. Immediately police rushed to that place and noticed that his elder brother (Kareem) was found in pool of blood with injuries on head and stabbing injuries on his body and also found two granite stones with blood, serious stabbing injuries found on head and body. It appearing some unknown persons committed murder by stabbing with knife and throwing granite stones on his head, due to previous enmity. Further he stated that his elder brother Kareem left his house on June 24, at 2100 hrs, hence it appears they might have killed after 9 PM. Bhavaninagar police registered a case of murder and took up the investigation.
Police apprehended the six accused persons (A1) Syed Saber @ Circuit (24) an Auto Mechanic R/o Siddiq Nagar, (A2) Mohd. Nawaz (20) yrs an Ice Business, Resident of Sultan shahi of Moghalpura, (A3) Mohd. Abbas @ Abbas (23) an Cook R/o Siddiq Nagar, (A4) Syed Rasheed @ Rashath (21) R/o Aman Nagar-B, (A5) Mohd. Nawaz (26) an Electrician R/o. Kavelikaman, Sulthanshahi, Mogalpura, (A6) Mohammed Shadab Ahmed (26) an Auto Driver, R/o H.No: Siddique Nagar, Bhavani Naga, On June 30, on interrogation they confessed their guilty to have committed this offence, the police Bhavani Nagar seized (3) Knives, two granite stones and one Unicorn Motor cycle, on the insistence of accused persons, which were used in the commission of offence. Effected arrest of accused A1 to A6 on June 30 and detected the mystery of the murder of Karim bin Salam @ Chawoos. The accused A1 to A6 are being produced before the Hon’ble Court.
Previously the accused A1) Saber @ Circuit was involved in two bodily offences, and Rowdy sheeter is there at PS Bhavani Nagar, A3) Mohd. Abbas @ Abbas involved in (2) theft cases, A4) Syed. Rasheed @ Rashath involved in Attempt murder case and (2) Bodily offences at PS Bhavani Nagar, A5) Mohd. Nawaz in one bodily offence at PS Moghalpura.
