New Delhi, June 13: Six persons, including a money exchanger and a jeweller, were arrested in connection with a case of burglary in the capital and one stolen laptop, 32 foreign coins and a costly mobile phone were recovered from their possession, police said today.
Those arrested were identified as Jangbahadur, Sunil alias Babloo Tejpal, Abdul Gani, Rehmuddin and Jitender, they said.
According to police, Jangbahadur, Sunil and Tejpal had allegedly committed burglary at the house of one Paramjit Singh in east Patel Nagar on May 26.
The trio had allegedly entered the house of Singh and decamped with a laptop, mobile phones, collection of foreign coins, ornaments, some dollars, cash and other valuables.
Police said Jangbhadur was caught from Pandav Nagar in connection with the case.
“At his instance, Sunil alias Babloo and Tejpal were also arrested.
