The situation may become explosive, if the barbarism is not stopped: Maulana Syed Arshad Madani

New Delhi: Reacting strongly upon the killing of Afrazul, President Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind and Ustad Darul Uloom Deoband Maulana Syed Arshad Madani said if the barbarism is not stopped, it will have grave consequences and the government will be responsible for it.

Maulana Arshad Madani who returned home from Bangladesh visit told to media persons that spate of incidents from Mohammed Akhlaq of Dadri to Afrazul Islam of Rajasthan has shown the horrible picture of the situation in the country. He expressed satisfaction that social and secular organisations raised voiced against the barbarism. He claimed that scores of mob lynching incidents came to light since BJP government came to power at the centre and over 60 innocents have been killed.

Attackers are getting scot free in places where BJP is in power. He warned that if retaliation begins, the situation in the country may turn explosive.
