Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of monthly interim payments and all relevant backups, calculations, sketches Lab. Data etc.
2. Coordination and communication skills with client/consultant for approval of interim payments.
3. Review and evaluation of subcontractors invoices.
4. Evaluation/preparation of change orders and relevant rates analysis.

Skill Set:

1. BE in Civil Engineering
2. 2-4 years UAE experience in as Site Q.S in building construction
3. FIDIC Knowledge.
