Hyderabad: Special Investigation Team was disappointed when Nampally Criminal Court dismissed the its petition to give Mohammed Ghouse, former Corporator under police custody. Court also rejected its plea to issue Prisoners Transit warrant to arrest him in 6 other criminal cases.
14th Addl Metropolitan Magistrate told that it is beyond his jurisdiction to grant him bail. Earlier the advocate of Mohammed Ghouse, Mr. Mohammed Muzafferullah Khan apprised the court about the unilateral action taken by Special Investigation Team and told that the case which was closed down due to non-availability of evidence has been reopened and his client has been arrested illegally. Bail petition will be filed today in sessions court.
