Taking a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, cricketer-turned-politician Navjot Singh Sidhu said Modi gave all the money from the banks to rich and gave them a chance to flee. He accused Modi of giving the profit to GIO which was supposed to go to BSNL. Sidhu says loan has been increased manifold during Modi’s rule. He alleged that taking away the rights of defence laboratories like DRDL and HAL Modi gave contracts to Ambani and Adani. He gave them 1240 acre land to make cement but they sold it at 5000 cr without installing cement plant. Sidhu claimed that while Modi government waived loans upto 325000 Cr for rich, Congress waived 72000 Cr loan for poor farmers.
Citing figures, Sidhu asserted that GIO is gaining while BSNL is at loss, similarly private airlines are raking money while Indian airlines is at loss. He said people will now vote against black Britishers who are trying to divide the country. Citing several examples he said ‘Chowkidar chor hai’.
