Siasat’s campaign for 12% reservations for Muslims is gathering momentum in districts

Hyderabad: The Muslims of various districts of Telangana are actively participating in the campaign launched by Siasat Urdu Daily for getting 12% reservations for Muslims in the fields of Education and Employment. The movement launched by Siasat Urdu Daily under the slogan of the development of Muslim youths is gathering momentum in almost all the district of Telangana State. Muslims are making representations at Mandal, Division and District levels. They are also meeting peoples’ representatives. Be it a private program or State function, Muslims are meeting the officials and Ministers to invite their attention on this campaign.

A citizen told that since Muslim organization are engaged in preparation of Eid-ul-Azha, they will intensify this movement after the festival.

Mr. Amer Ali Khan, News Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily is maintaining rapport with the religious, political and other organizations. He had also visited Nizamabad and Warangal. Parents and Guardians whose children completed graduation are eyeing towards this movement with greater hopes. Unemployed Muslim youths and job seeker are also making an attempt to associate themselves with this movement.

Ulema Counsel of Nalagonda presented a memorandum to RDO led by its secretary Mufti Mohammed Omer. Mr. Syed Muslehuddin, President of Madrasa Arabia and Madina Masjid presented a memorandum to Tehsildar in Shadnagar. He requested the Govt. to provide 12% reservation to Muslims basing on the recommendations of BCs Commission. He also demanded the Govt. not to issue notification for recruitments before finalizing 12% reservation for Muslims. Telangana Urdu Journalists’ Forum, Armoor, Nizamabad presented a memorandum to Tehsildar of Armoor. Alhamdulilah Educational and Welfare Society of Mahboob Nagar decided to strengthen the movement launched by Siasat Urdu Daily. They applauded the attempts made by Mr. Amer Ali Khan, News Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily. Students’ Organisation of Heera Model School, Nirmal, Adilabad District led by its President Mr. Mohammed Taufeeq presented a memorandum to RDO.
