Siasat English Weekly was warmly welcomed by the public especially educated Muslim society declared its publication as the need of the hour. The Siasat English Weekly was distributed freely on Friday along with Urdu Daily newspaper. After reading the ‘Weekly’ representatives of various sections of the society congratulated the publishers and hoped that the objective for which the weekly has been launched would be achieved.
Dr. Mohammed Mushtaq Ali president Anjuman Falah-e-Mashera claimed that an English daily is inevitable in current situation and said that it would help to make the young generation aware of the issues and would also help to avail government schemes.
Zahed Mahmood Siddiqui (Saudi Airlines) congratulated Mr. Zahed Ali Khan and Mr. Amer Ali Khan and told that the latter have started a new chapter in English journalism and hoped that this weekly would soon take the form of a daily.
