Hyderabad: Siasat Urdu Daily is the heritage of all those who read it. Mr. Zahid Ali Khan has devoted himself for creating awareness among the Muslim community about various welfare schemes offered by the Govt. This was told by Mr. Amer Ali Khan, News Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily while addressing certificate distribution ceremony of the successful candidates of tailoring at Koratla in Kareem Nagar district. The function was organized at Nizampura locality of Koratla. Mr. Syed Mohiuddin, Staff Reporter of Siasat, Kareem Nagar presided over the function. Present on this occasion were Mr. Mohammed Abdul Nayeem, Nazim of Jamat-e-Islami, Mr. Ilyas Ahmed Khan, Amer of Jamat-e-Islami, Kareem Nagar, Mr. Mohammed Mubeen Basha, Advocate, co-opted member of Koratla Municipality, Mr. Abdul Gaffar, former Chairman of Koratla Municipality, Mr. Samad Nawab, Secretary, Khadim-e-Millath organization of Kareem Nagar and others.

After distributing the certificates to women and ladies who has successfully completed tailoring course, Mr. Amer Ali Khan addressed the gathering and told that the founder of Siasat Urdu Dialy, Mr. Abid Ali Khan had prepared a will in which he had written that Siasat Urdu Dialy is the heritage of its readers. His father, Mr. Zahid Ali Khan is fulfilling his will and has devoted his life for the cause of Muslims.

Siasat Urdu Daily is making an attempt to create awareness among the Muslim community. Siasat is not merely a newspaper but it is a mass movement. It is making representation on various issues pertaining to Muslims. It launched a massive campaign for mustering support for 12% reservation for Muslims. Impressed by this movement, Govt. of Telangana constituted BCs Commission. On the representation of Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, Govt. of Telagana released Rs. 60000 as corpus fund for Koratla Junior College.

Siasat raised the issues like Uniform Civil Code etc. He further told that those who complete tailoring course have ample opportunities to raise their income.

Mr. Samad Nawab congratulated the girls who completed tailoring training. He expressed his anxiety on the interference of Central Govt. in Muslim Personal Law. Mr. Ilyas Ahmed Khan thanked the spirit of service of Siasat Urdu Daily. Mr. Syed Mohiuddin, in his presidential remarks highlighted the welfare activities of Siasat Urdu Daily. He advised the trainees to establish a center for the marketing of their products. Mr. Mohammed Mujahid Adil, Staff reporter of Siasat, Jagtiyal conducted the meeting.
