Hyderabad: Siasat and Faiz-e-Aam Trust are helping people in distress, irrespective of religion and community. While the victims of natural disasters are getting relief from the services of these institutions, victims of Muslim genocide are also getting aid. Not only this, talented students of the community are also getting opportunities to make their dream come true, thanks to welfare services of Siasat and Faiz-e-Aam Trust.
Recently Kapda Bank was jointly established by Siasat Millat Fund, Faiz-e-Aam Trust and Helping Hand at Abid Ali Khan Eye Hospital which received overwhelming response from Siasat readers around the globe. As a result the Kapda Bank received thousands of clothes of which nearly 25000 dresses were distributed among the flood victims of Bihar. Faiz-e-Aam Trust is day and night engaged in the financial help of poor men, women and students under the supervision of Chairman Faiz-e-Aam Trust Dr. Shamshad Husain and Secretary and Trustee Mr. Iftekhar Husain.
The 67th administrative committee meeting of Faiz-e-Aam Trust was held last Saturday in which it was revealed that during 1st November, 2015 to 29th February 2016, relief aid of Rs. 384030 was distributed among the natural disaster victims of Kashmir and Bihar. Rs. 464577 were distributed among poor students for skill-based education. Donations of Rs. 2172141 were given for primary education. Medical expenses of poor were borne to the tune of Rs. 121071. Nursing training was provided to poor girls with the cost of Rs. 92400.
Dr. Shamshad Husain, Siasat editor Mr. Zahed Ali Khan, Mr. Rizwan Hyder Trustee, Dr. Makhdoom Mohiuddin Trustee Faiz-e-Aam Trust and members Dr. Samiullah Khan, Aqa Mujahed Husain, Ali Hyder Amer, Syed Hyder Ali and special invitees Prof. Khaja Naseruddin and Ghulam Yazdani advocate attended the meeting. Apprising them of the performance of Faiz-e-Aam trust, Mr. Iftekhar Husain revealed that the Trust completely enjoys the support of Siasat Daily. Thus Siasat Millat Fund and Faiz-e-Aam Trust have together worked extensively in UP, Muzaffar Nagar, Delhi and Kashmir. Mr. Zahed Ali Khan asserted that Siasat Millat Fund also completely enjoys support of Faiz-e-Aam Trust and mutual cooperation of both the institutions especially in the field of education is exemplary.
It was decided in the meeting that the Kapda Bank run by Siasat Millat Fund and Faiz-e-Aam Trust will select such areas of the city where people badly need clothing. Following the meeting sewing machine was presented to Saba Fatima mother of Ayesha Jabeen who got free MBBS seat. Her husband Jameel Husain who polishes furniture and their 12 children were also present on the occasion. It must be noted that Siasat had sponsored Ayesha Jabeen for EAMCET. Now Faiz-e-Aam trust has decided to bear educational expenses of all the children.
