After reading the report about Aaraam Ghar _ the home for the homeless, published in Siasat on December 3, 70-year-old Ahmed Ali R/O of Malakpet reached Aaraam Ghar and distributed clothes and blankets to the inmates.
Ahmed Ali is the regular reader of Siasat for 50 years. He revealed that today he has everything but his early days were spend in acute poverty so when he read about Aaraam Ghar it reminded him of his early days. Immediately he bought clothes and blankets and distributed them among Aaraam Ghar inmates.
Regarding this generous gesture his opinion was if we keep the paddy in our fist they would not increase in numbers but if we spread them on the ground, it will become a rice field and each plant will have a number of rice grains and thus a fistful of paddy would multiply into many. Same is the case with money.
