Hyderabad: Siasat Tarahi Ghazal Inami Muqabla is continued successfully. Not only poets from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh but poets from other states are also sending their poetry. Results of latest poetry competition whose ‘Tarahi Misra’ was ‘Kaabe me chalke sajda tujhe chaar su kare’ has been announced.
Ilham Wahedi secured 1st prize of Rs. 5000, Saber Kaghaznagri got 2nd prize of Rs. 3000 while Jagjivanlal Asthana has been selected for the 3rd prize of Rs. 2000.
Poets who got consolation prizes of Rs. 1000 each include, Mohammed Jahangir Qayas, Mohammed Akber Khan Akber, Syed Mohammed Al-Husaini Zeeshan, Syed Samiullah Husaini Sami, Mohammed Nooruddin Ameer, Daem Ghawami (West Bengal), Mohammed Anees Farooqui Anees, Mohammed Anwer Ahmed Anwer, Kamil Hyderabadi and Anjan Kumar Goel.
Waheed Aseer, Arshad Hyderabadi, Mohammed Abdul Qadeer Taher, Jameel Akhtar, Rafiullah Rafi, Zameer Yousuf, Maiman Abdul Aziz Quadri, Taqi Askari Vila, Naseem Aijaz Naseem and Sarwar Hashmi were given prizes of Rs. 500 each.
The next poetry competition will be held on the ‘Tarahi Misra’ of Ghalib ‘Kaun Jeeta Hai Teri Zulf Ke Sar Hone Tak’. Poets must send their enteries on or before November 8.
