Hyderabad: Siasat organized a workshop under MSME Forum for the young entrepreneurs yesterday.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan told that it is essential that a common platform is provided for those who return from Gulf countries.
The workshop was attended by Ln. Dr. Manoharan who served SBI for 40 years. The other persons who attended were Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed Fardeen, Dr. Siraj Ahmed (Nagpur), Mr. Mohammed Mustafa, Ms. Gulzar Karishma Malik and others.
The peculiarity of the workshop was that Dr. Lakshmi Narayan who helped many entrepreneurs in getting their business started also attended the function and provided guidance.
Addressing the inaugural function of the seminar, Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Managing Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily lamented that there is no organization to help those who are repatriated from the Gulf countries. Govt. should set up an agency to help such persons.
He also expressed concern over the increasing number of unemployment among the youths. He said that banks are imposing such condition for granting loans which many NRIs fail to fulfill.
It may be mentioned that it was the first workshop to help unemployed youths to get loans from the banks.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Manoharan the details of various schemes for which banks provide loans. He told the youngsters that for getting loans, proper project report has to be prepared.
Mr. Mukhtar Ahmed Fardeen thanked Siasat for providing help center for guiding the youths. He hoped that many youths will take the guidance offered by the Siasat.
