The ongoing 3-day Islamic Calligraphic Exhibition at K A Nizami Centre For Quranic Studies, Sir Syed House Complex concluded on Friday. Siasat daily in association with K A Nizami Centre For Quranic Studies hosted the one of a kind exhibition at the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), a premier educational institution. More than 5000 men women and students visited the exhibition and appreciated the works of master calligraphers from historical Hyderabad city.
It must be recalled that Vice Chancellor Aligarh Muslim University and Lieutenant General (Retd.) Mr. Zameeruddin Shah had inaugurated the exhibition.
Director K A Nizami Centre For Quranic Studies Prof. Ehtesham Ahmed Nizami attended the valedictory session of the exhibition. He thanked Siasat daily for holding the exhibition and applauded Siasat for its efforts of restoration of calligraphic art in India.
Managing editor Siasat Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan thanked the chief guest and the university staff.
