Govt. of India has arranged World Book Fair at Pragathi Maidan, New Delhi from 15th to 23rd February. This was inaugurated by President Pranab Mukherjee. Arabic Calligraphic master pieces have also been included in this exhibition. These calligraphic exhibits have been prepared by Siasat Art Gallery. It is attracting a large number of visitors.
It may be noted that Siasat had arranged the exhibition of Arabic Calligraphy at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi last year which was applauded by a large number of visitors including Mr. Najeeb Jung who was the Vice Chancellor of Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. The Exhibition was inaugurated by Ms. Sheila Dikshit, the then CM of Delhi.
