Alleged suicide of a suspended police sub-inspector here has caused sensation in the district.
According to the information, sub-inspector Veeranjaneyulu, attached to Gopalapatnam police station in the district committed suicide by falling under train. However, the deceased left a suicide note in his pocket before taking to extreme action.
Veeranjaneyulu, belonging to 2013 batch of sub-inspectors, worked as SI in Vangara in Srikakulam district last year. (NSS)
