Following Dilsukhnagar blast the police finally have sprung into action and vigilance is being maintained at busy areas like Begum Bazar and Abids. Apart from that as precautionary measures shop owners are instructed to report suspicious objects to police. According to reliable sources many secrets have been revealed after Maqbool’s arrest. Maqbool who has friendly relationship with Bhatkal community had identified three busy areas Dilsukhnagar, Begum Bazar and Abids after making rounds of the areas on scooter along with Imran four months ago.
Police convened a meeting of shop owners of busy commercial area Begum Bazar including Aziz plaza and advised the shop owners to keep eye on suspicious people and also instructed to report any suspicious object like (cycle, motor cycle, rickshaw, tiffin etc) to the police.
