Panic created in the entire city as the fire erupted at busy x-road of Moazzam Jahi market. Rumours of a blast and large scale burning incident spread like a wildfire. However fire extinguishing team reached the spot in time and doused the fire. A pan shop and a slipper shop burned to ashes in the incident. However no casualty was reported. Inspector Begum Bazar Mr. Prabhakar told that sparks coming out of the transformer located near the damaged shop was a routine, locals used to control it with sand. However yesterday the fire engulfed the two shops and razed them to ashes.
