Hyderabad, April 06: Former Pakistan cricket captain Shoaib Malik and Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza gave a joint press conference monday evening. Answering to questions, Shoaib Malik rejected all allegations against him and said that he had never met Ayesha Siddiqui so there was no question of him admitting his “first marriage”.
Shoaib said that the Siddiqui family should prove the allegations first instead of hurling several accusations against him.
Shoaib Malik said that the so called Ayesha should “come out in the open” and face the camera instead of doing telephonic conversations with the media.
Sania Mirza, on her part clarified that they were from respectable families and that the matter should be left to the court.
The duo also said that their marriage will be held on April 15th as planned.
Shoaib Malik clarified that the Pakistani ambassador had spoken to him and assured full support and that he won’t be leaving the country.
