Shiv Sena protested against Uttar Pradesh minister and BSP leader Haji Yakub Qureshi for his controversial comments in Muzaffar, and announced a reward of 1 lakh to the one who will beat Yakoob Querishi by shoe.
BSP leader defended the terror attack on French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo and Qureshi had also announced a reward of Rs 51 crore to the killers of the Paris journalists.
Many political parties criticized him on his controversial comment. An IPS officer Amithab Thakre had also announced a 20K reward for the police, who dare to arrest the Yakub Qureshi. Thakre also urged the police to lodge a complain under section IPC 153A.
