Mumbai, September 25:Shiney Ahuja, arrested for allegedly raping his maid, fainted in court today while he was there for the framing of charges against him. The next hearing is now on October 7.
Shiney had on Wednesday told the Mumbai High Court that the medical report and DNA tests do not support the rape charges.
After sessions court rejected his bail application two months ago, the actor has now moved the High Court. The investigation in the case is over and his custody is no longer required, the application said.
Shiney is in jail since June 15 this year
