Mumbai, August 26: Surinder Shetty, father of Bollywood damsel Shilpa Shetty has things to prove that she is getting married at Britain. He has an affidavit in court on the same matter. Raj Kundra, UK based business man being the expected groom, with whom she started on several businesses.
Surinder filed an affidavit in the Surat court for his passport to be returned for three months and the reasons that he established were that he should be allowed to travel abroad for daughter’s wedding in the UK. Shilpa also has a house in London and she is often noticed doing the rounds of UK.
Surinder had been asked to submit his passport in court over his alleged involvement in a case of fraud relating to an endorsement for Praful Sarees by his daughter.
He was also contacted by “Headlines Today” for him to confirm the news; however, he refused to confirm the wedding or even comment on the news.
