Bihar, October 05: The Former Bihar minister Sanjay Singh died of massive cardiac arrest inside Munger District court premises on Tuesday.
Sanjay Singh, accused in Sheikhpura massacre, suffered massive heart attack after judge convicted him and four others into the case.
Sanjay Singh was convicted into the Sheikhpura carnage case, in which nine RJD members were brutally killed on December 26, 2001.
Sanjay Singh, his father Rajo Singh and two others were accused in the case. Sanjay Singh was MLA from Congress and his father was Lok Sabha MP from Begusarai constituency.
Nine RJD workers, including its Sheikhpura district president, Kashi Yadav and district board member Anil Mahto were gunned down by the henchmen of Sanjay Singh and Rajo Singh near Tatipul on December 26.
