A special CBI court today rejected the bail plea of two accused in the murder of RTI activist Shehla Masood.
Saquib Ali `Danger’ and Tabish Khan, the alleged shooters accused of executing the murder in 2011, were refused bail by Judge Anupam Srivastava.
The accused had filed the bail applications in December and the court completed hearing the arguments on them by defence lawyer and CBI prosecutor last week.
