Arnab Goswami had accused Tharoor in 2014 of being involved in the death of his wife Sunanda Pushkar. He had further played audio tapes of various people in connection with the case on television, for which he was given a legal notice from his former employer, as per swarajyamag.com.
Goswami had also accused Tharoor of running away from the media following which Tharoor took to social media to air his views.
