A condition of anticipatory bail grante Delhi court granted permission.d last month to the congress MP in the Sunanda Pushkar death case, was that he has to seek courts permission to travel abroad.
A dilhi court on Wednesday agreed to allow Shashi Tharoor to travel abroad for a few days. Tharoor stands a trial in sunanda pushkar death case.
The MP will also have to deposit “Flight Data Recorder” of 2 lakh rupees before he leaves the country. Which he will be refunded after his returns.
Tharoor has applied to the Delhi Patiyala house of court for permission. Last month the same court granted anticipatory bail to Tharoor days before he was ordered to appear before the court to stand trial in the pushkar case in which he a an accuse.
As a condition for the anticipatory bail Tharoor was asked not to leave the country without informing the court.
