Dubbing the response the YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s sister Sharmila’s padayatra was getting as a flop cinema, Panchayatraj Minister K Jana Reddy has said that some times the people will watcb even flop films also.
Speaking to the media here on Monday, Jana Reddy said that he will not accept the Chief Minister post without achieving Telangana. He made it clear that he has no objection in case the party high command offers Chief Minister post after creating separate Telangana State.

He said that he never lobbied for the sake of Chief Minister post or for the MLA ticket. He said that the person who was in the Chief Minister’s post might have lobbied with the party high command.
He said that Local Body elections will be conducted very soon. He said report required will be submitted within two months after completing the reservations and other processes. He said that the Government will abide by the Supreme Court’s verdict on Local Body elections.

He said that 150 panchayats were reduced due to establishment of new municipalities.

He made it clear that there were no reservations for the minorities in the constitution. The elections will be conducted based on the census of 2001, he said and added that the old reservation system will be implemented in the ensuing elections also.

He said that 34 percent reservation for BCs, 18.3 percent for SCs, 8.25 percent for STs will be allotted. He said that there were no reservations based on religion.
