New Delhi : Nikhil Naredi joins the Mumbai office of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. as a Partner and will be part of the Firm’s Capital Markets practice with effect from 11 October 2017.
Nikhil has over 13 years of experience, including over five years at the Singapore office of an international law firm, in advising clients on a wide variety of domestic and overseas securities offerings, involving public offerings and private placements of equity, equity-linked and debt securities.

Nikhil is an alumnus of the Columbia University, New York and National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He has worked with the Mumbai office of Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A.
