Lucknow: After the three-day “Param Dharma Sansad” organised by a group of seers led by Shankaracharya Swaroopanand Saraswati in Prayagraj from January 28 to 30, VHP has also begun its Dharam Sansad at Kumbh Mela.
Strongly opposing it, the greatest Shankar Acharya of the country Swami Swaroopanand Saraswati has questioned its intentions. It was reported by the Inquilab.
In the Dharam Sansad of seers, Swami Swaroopanand had announced to lay the foundation of Ram Mandir on February 21, on which RSS chief had questioned in his Dharam Sansad that foundation of the temple has already been laid, now whose foundation he talking about.
In retaliation, Swami Swaroopanand has questioned the intention of RSS for holding the Dharam Sansad saying that the organisation has no power to hold such religious programme. He also warned BJP to keep itself away from the temple construction issue because the construction of the temple will be done by religious leaders and not the government.
