Alleging that he faced a threat to his life, former minister Dr P. Shanker Rao said that the State government alone would be held responsible if anything happened to him.
Speaking to the media here on Friday, Dr Rao said that some unidentified persons were making threatening phone calls to him continuously. Expressing concern over his security, he said that his “enemies” were observing his movements closely. He demanded that the government tighten his security immediately to save his life. (NSS)
