Hyderabad, October 06 (Siasat News): Dr. Shankar Rao congress MLA sent a letter to Mr. Ahmed Patel political advisor of Sonia Gandhi demanding presentation of bill in the next parliament session for formation of separate Telangana state.
Talking to reporters at Assembly media point Dr. Shankar Rao said ‘Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan Singh had promised to form separate Telangana state on proper time, and the time is ripe for the formation of separate Telangana state.
Central government formed Sri Krishna Committee for the formation of separate Telangana state which announced to present its report in December. Dr. Shankar Rao demanded to obtain committee’s report in November and to form separate Telangana state on December 9 on the occasion of Sonia Gandhi’s birthday.
