A six months ban from all forms of cricket has been rolled out to Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan for breaching rules.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has also decided not to issue Hasan any no-objection certificate (NOC) for 18 months.
According to Bangladesh’s Daily Star, BCB president Nazmul Hasan Papon said that the decision came after the board received a series of allegations.
Hasan returned to Dhaka from London after the cricket board asked him to do so while he was on his way for Barbados to join Caribbean Premier League without taking any NOC from the board, the report added. (ANI)
