Mr. Shaikh Mushtaq Ali Ahmed Regional Manager Bombay Mercantile Bank for Hyderabad Marhatwada and South India has been promoted to the post of Managing director of Bombay Mercantile Bank. He has taken charge of his new responsibility.
This is the first time in the 74 year old history of Bombay Mercantile Bank that a person belonging to South India especially Hyderabad has been appointed on the prestigious post of managing director of Bombay Mercantile Bank. It is worth mentioning here that in the recent elections held in Bombay Mercantile Bank Mr. S M Lal Jan Pasha former MP and senior TDP leader has been selected for the post of chairman.
It is said that when the Bombay Mercantile Bank was suffering losses Mr. Shaikh Mushtaq Ali Ahmed Regional manager brought revolution through his efforts and improved bank’s performance.
