Mumbai, June 29: At a time when most actors are trying to incorporate social messages in their films, Shahid Kapur doesn’t want to lag behind. He is promoting safe sex in his forthcoming film Kaminey.
According to reports, the actor will be seen in a song that conveys the message of safe sex in order to prevent the deadly AIDS. The lyrics have been penned down by the film’s producer and director Vishal Bharadwaj and the song will be aired from August.
In the film, Shahid plays a character who is involved in social service. He is seen crooning this number against the backdrop of a red light area. The song has been sung by Sukhwinder Singh and is to become a campaign song for social awareness.
