Mr. B Shafiullah (IFS) on Tuesday assumed office as Managing Director Minority Finance Corporation. Hitherto Mr. Mohammed Jalaluddin Akber Director Minority Welfare was holding the responsibility. After taking his charge B Shafiullah convened a review meeting along with corporation officials and reviewed the implementation of various schemes provided by the corporation, especially the progress of bank-linked subsidy scheme, scholarship and training & employment schemes. He assured effective representation to ensure speedy release of the budget by the government.
Later speaking to media persons, B Shafiullah pledged that he would try to improve the performance of the corporation. Officer on Special Duty Minority Welfare Commissionerate, Dilawar Ali, General Manger Corporation Syed Vilayat Husain Rizvi, Asst. General Manager M A Bari and others were present on the occasion.
