Hyderabad: Leader of Opposition of Congress in Telangana Legislative Council, Mr. Mohammed Ali Shabbir criticized the Govt. while participating in the discussions on Minorities Budget. He told that for the past three years the entire amount allocated in the budget has not been released. He lamented that the Dept. of Minorities Welfare is not functioning appropriately. Urdu libraries and Urdu computer centers have become defunct.
He criticized the Govt. that it is claiming to increase the budget for Minorities for each year but it does not release the full amount.
